Each knife is made with care and precision. Because everything is handcrafted, all sales are final.

If your knife arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Quality and satisfaction are top priorities.

U.S. Shipping

• All domestic orders are shipped with tracking via [USPS Priority Mail / UPS / insert method].

• Pre-made knives ship within 7 business days.

• Custom orders ship in approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the build queue and complexity.

International Shipping

International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis. However:

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their country’s import laws, especially regarding knives or cutlery.

• Matt Makes Knives is not responsible for any items seized, delayed, or returned by customs.

• International shipping times can vary greatly—sometimes 4–8 weeks or more depending on customs and shipping carrier timelines.

If you're unsure whether your country allows the import of handmade knives, please check with your local customs office before ordering.

As required by law, Colorado state and local sales tax (8.2%) is applied to all purchases made by Colorado residents or orders shipped within Colorado.
