Waters Forge LLC – Giveaway Sweepstakes

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor​

Waters Forge LLC, 1811 N Corona St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

​

2. Eligibility​

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., excluding Rhode Island, age 18 or older. Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Age verification is required (state issued I.D., DL, etc).

Individuals who have won any Waters Forge LLC giveaway or sweepstakes within the past 24 months are not eligible to win.

 

3. Sweepstakes Period​

Entries accepted from July 29th until August 7th 2026 11:59 PM MT.

4. How to Enter​

  • No purchase required to enter. Email subscription = one entry: Subscribe to the Waters Forge LLC newsletter during the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per email subscription.

  • Knife or merch purchase, worth 10X entries through giveaway period.

  • Patron membership subscription.

  • Mail-in AMOE: Send a hand-written request on a 3x5 notecard with name, address, email, and phone to:

    Waters Forge LLC – AMOE, 1811 N Corona St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Each card is worth 50 entries. Must be postmarked by August 7th, and received by August 14th 2026.

  • Maximum entries an individual can have is 25,000.

5. Winner Selection​

One winner selected randomly on or about August 14th 2026. Odds depend on total entries.

​

6. Prize

One custom knife valued at ~$2500. NO cash alternative available.

Tax/Verification:

 

  • Prize is taxable; winner may be required to provide W-9 or other tax info.

  • Winner must certify they are 18+ and may be asked for a photo ID.

  • Prize non-transferable, no cash alternative.

7. Winner Notification​

Via email, call, and text. Winner will be announced on the Matt makes knives Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as the website and email. The winner must respond within 24 hours. Prize is forfeit if no reply within 24 hours, a new winner will be randomly selected.

8. General Conditions​

By participating, entrants agree to rules, release Sponsor from liability, and allow use of name/likeness for promotional purposes.

9. Privacy​

Data used per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and for Sweepstakes administration.

​

10. Governing Law​

Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law. Void where prohibited.

 

11. Winner List​

Request by SASE to Waters Forge LLC by August 14th, 2026.
